  • Rural Planning Consultant

    We are currently looking for someone who combines a working knowledge of agriculture with experience of the planning system to join our planning team. The role includes providing agricultural advice to Local Authority clients to assist in the determination of planning applications, especially in relation to agricultural dwellings, and the preparation and submission of planning applications for private clients.

    An essential element of this role is the ability to critically appraise a proposed development in terms of the planning policy framework, whilst understanding its wider agricultural context.

    The role requires the person to be committed and self-motivated, being able to write reports to a high standard in a timely manner.

    Due to the rural nature of the work, a full driving licence is essential.

  • Soil Scientist and Surveyor

    RAC provides Agricultural Land Classification (ALC) and other soil surveys for clients across the UK.

    We are always interested in making links with established soil surveyors around the country.

  • Assistant Administrator

    Vacancy for Assistant Administrator

    We are a medium-sized consultancy business based in Woodcote, South Oxfordshire, working throughout the UK.

    We are a growing business working to high standards in a wide range of disciplines for a diverse client base.

    We are looking for an Assistant Administrator to help with our increasing clerical and organisational needs.

    In this job you will need to have good numeracy and communication skills, and to be friendly and polite when dealing with the clients and suppliers. The successful applicant will have a high standard of general education, and good IT skills. Experience of working in an office environment would be an advantage.

    The job would be part time and flexible, working 15 – 20 hours a week.
