Jill Scrivener is an agricultural consultant with 20 years 'hands on' experience of small scale agriculture, concentrating on mixed livestock farms, and is a farm owner. She served on her local Parish Council for a number of years and served as Chair of that Council for two years.

Jill has specialised in traditional and rare breeds, reared in small scale, free range environments and has experience of most traditional farm animals and poultry.

Her knowledge extends to the processing of these meats and she has had significant exposure to all elements of small-scale meat processing methods, which are then sold through the local retail, farm shop and farmers markets.

Jill became a consultant with RAC in 2006 and has used her specialist knowledge to prepare agricultural appraisals for both independent farmer/landowners and Local Authorities.
